Anyone know where I can find a good positive reinforcement chart printable?

I’m looking for a printable chart to use for positive reinforcement with my kids. Has anyone come across any good ones online? Free would be great, but I’m open to paid options too if they’re really good. Just want something simple and effective that I can stick on the fridge. Thanks for any suggestions!

We’ve had success with a simple DIY approach in our house. I grabbed some colorful cardstock and markers, then sat down with the kids to brainstorm tasks and rewards.

They loved picking stickers to use as markers for completed tasks. We keep it on the fridge with magnets, so it’s easy to update.

The best part has been seeing how proud they are when they get to add a sticker. My youngest gets so excited to show me when she’s finished something.

We’ve tweaked it over time as their abilities have grown. It’s been a great way to build routines and celebrate their efforts. The kids look forward to our weekly ‘rewards’ time when we review the chart together.

I’ve been looking for a good chart too! My 5-year-old is just starting to do little tasks around the house.

We tried printing some from online, but they didn’t quite fit what we needed. So now we’re experimenting with making our own on a big piece of paper.

My kid loves putting stickers on it when tasks are done. It’s working okay, but I’m still figuring out the right balance of tasks and rewards.

Has anyone found a good way to keep the excitement going after the first week or two? Our chart loses its appeal pretty quickly and I’m not sure how to keep it fresh.

I’ve been experimenting with different charts for my kid. We started with printables, but ended up creating our own system on a whiteboard. My 11-year-old loves drawing, so we made it a weekly art project to design the chart together. It’s become a fun Sunday night activity.

For printables, I’ve found some good ones on Etsy. There are free options too, but the paid ones often let you customize tasks and designs. Whatever you choose, involving your kids in picking or creating the chart can make a big difference in how excited they are to use it.

Made our own chart with the kids. Started basic - just a grid on paper. They decorated it, which got them interested.

Tried a few styles before finding one that stuck. Now we use a magnetic board. Easy to change tasks as the kids grow.

I remember looking for something similar when my kids were younger. There are tons of options out there, but I found that making our own chart worked best for us. We started with a simple grid on a piece of paper with days of the week and chores listed. The kids helped decorate it, which got them more excited about using it.

Over time, we moved to a magnetic board where we could easily move tasks around. It was more flexible as their responsibilities changed. If you’re set on finding a printable, I’ve seen some good ones on Pinterest that you can customize.

The most important thing is finding what works for your family. We tried a few different styles before settling on one that clicked. Don’t be afraid to adjust as you go along. Good luck with your chart hunt! :trophy:
